Its a very versatile dough, and if there’s any dough left over, they like to pan fry it on a low heat with some butter to make flat breads.<\/div>\n

8 cups flour<\/b><\/div>\n
2 1\/2 teaspoons sea salt<\/b><\/div>\n
1 1\/2 packets instant yeast<\/b><\/div>\n
1\/3 cup Olive oil<\/b><\/div>\n
4-4 1\/2 cups ice cold water<\/b><\/div>\n

Create a well with 7 cups of flour, and put next 3 ingredients in the centre slowly bringing it together with the water. Take your time kneading the dough until its soft and spongey. Leave in a warm place to rise for 30 -40 min and knock it back. Let it rise once more before rolling them out to make your pizza.<\/div>\n
