Fry this up until your onion starts to brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add your Chicken or Butternut and Sweet Potatoes and lightly fry them with the Onion\/Curry mix for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the chopped Tomatoes and Tomato Paste, add the Sugar to the pot \u2013 stir in and combine the mixture well.<\/li>\n<li>Add your Potatoes and Carrots to the pot along with the Water and Harvest Table Bone Broth (Add the Bone Broth slowly and sprinkle it into the pot to avoid clumping).<\/li>\n<li>Combine the ingredients and simmer until your Vegetables are cooked through and the liquid is a thicker, saucier consistency \u2013 this will take approximately 10 minutes depending on the size of your diced vegetables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9332\" src=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-400x267.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-1536x1027.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-696x465.jpg 696w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-1068x714.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake-628x420.jpg 628w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/highway-berea\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/23\/2020\/07\/Vegetable-Bake.jpg 1616w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegetable Bake<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Add a little couscous, feta and pumpkin seeds for a delicious next day lunch!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4x Cups of your Favourite Vegetables, Evenly Chopped<\/p>\n<p>30ml Olive Oil<\/p>\n<p>2x Tablespoons of Harvest Table Bone Broth *<\/p>\n<p>2x Tablespoons of Harvest Table Mushroom Powder *<\/p>\n<p>1x Tablespoon Mixed Herbs<\/p>\n<p>1x Teaspoon Himalayan Salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add chopped Vegetables, Olive Oil, Mixed Herbs and Salt into a large bowl. Mix together until the Olive Oil and Seasoning has coated your Vegetables properly<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle one spoon at a time, of Harvest Table Bone Broth and Mushroom Powder over the Vegetables, mixing it through after each spoon is added<\/li>\n<li>Cover the base of your baking dish or tray with baking paper and pour your Vegetables onto the tray. It\u2019s important you have one, even layer of vegetables to ensure evenly cooked vegetables and to avoid them becoming soggy<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the size of your chopped Vegetables.
