A new way to warm up this winter

We still have a few chilly nights ahead .. here’s our new favourite way of keeping warm. A classic mixture of whiskey and chocolate – with the unexpected touch of sherry …  guaranteed to warm you up.

O’Sherry Cocktail

You’ll need: 50ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original Whiskey,10ml Sweet Vermouth, 7.5ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry, two dashes of chocolate bitters, and lemon rind, raisins and mint to garnish

To make:  Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, express lemon oils (simply snap a lemon rind over the rim of the glass) and garnish with raisins and mint.
