The Love Potion returns to Carnival City for another spectacular concert for a good cause this Valentine’s Day.
In the line-up for this year’s show are Shekhinah, Samthing Soweto, Black Diamond and Loyiso Gijana.
The Love Potion is a fundraiser for the Ekurhuleni non-profit organization, The Cool Dads Foundation, which runs several programmes to encourage and support fathers in playing a more active role in the development and upbringing of their children.
“This concert is not only about a celebration of love, but also promotion of authentic fatherhood, which is the aim of the Cool Dads Foundation,” said Bongani Luvalo, founder and CEO of the Cool Dads Foundation.
“We were thrilled at the response to The Love Potion concert in 2019 when music fans flocked to our Big Top Arena to see Amanda Black, Sjava and Mlindo perform. We hope that music fans will come out in full support of this year’s show. It is for a good cause,” said Michelle Smith, Carnival City’s marketing manager.
The Love Potion Concert presented by Cool Dads takes place on Friday, February 14, at the Big Top Arena in Carnival City.
The concert starts at 6.30pm. Tickets are on sale at Computicket for R200 to R300 in the general area and R400 for VIP.
