Whip that coffee
If you’re on Instagram, you’ll no doubt have seen post after post of Dalgona coffee. Picture perfect, it’s also amazingly easy to make. It’s fluffy and delicious, and you can enjoy it hot or cold. All you need is to pop two generous tablespoons each of instant coffee, granulated sugar (we like brown, but you can use white) and boiling water into a small bowl. Whip with a whisk or hand mixer until foamy, thick and fudgy in colour. With an electric whisk, this took us two minutes. Then pour your hot or cold milk into a a glass until three-quarters full, spoon the whipped coffee on top, (take your Instagram photo now), then stir vigorously through the milk. Top hint: if you’ve got children, do the same with Milo. It’s brilliant. Just whip four tablespoons of Milo with four tablespoons of cream, then pour onto of a mug of hot milk (makes two).
