Sipping on wine and teasing your taste buds with international dishes, all the while admiring the beauty of the bush … here’s a date worth a trip.

Head on over The Kruger Station for the Food and Wine in the Wild Festival where they will showcase wine offerings from Antonij Rupert, Tokara, Rust & Vrede, Donkiesbaai and Holden Manz. R95 gives you access to all wineries on show, a complimentary glass, free small servings of dishes, for an additional R35 … add more food (yes please!).

The Kruger Station is also a top attraction within the Kruger National Park being home to the legendary steam locomotive No. 3638, known as ‘Skukuza,’ the last train that travelled through the park. When you pair history with festivity and the backdrop of the wild, you can just imagine the snaps you will capture while there. August 7 to August 9 from 3pm until 6.30pm
