Before we head off on a family holiday, we always shop up a storm in Thule … so, you can just imagine our excitement when we heard a beautiful new Thule store has opened in the Morningside Shopping Centre.
The store has a minimalist look with top-class Swedish design, and the brand’s evolved its offering to products like backpacks for laptops, travel duffel bags and technical hiking packs. There’s a new Active with Kids range which has everything from sports strollers to child bike seats, child carrier backpacks and more so that parents can bring their kids along as they discover the great outdoors. You can still find all those innovative products that Thule’s renowned for, like vehicle accessories as well as carriers for road and water sports.
In lockdown, we’re definitely dreaming of our next holiday, and apparently trend forecasters are predicting ‘DIY’ holidays will become more popular among South Africans … think caravanning, camping, road-tripping, slack-packing, hiking and even bicycle touring all high on the agenda. We’ll be adding a touch of glam to our next trip with the functional Thule products.
