Tell us about the impact of Covid-19 on your business?
It’s been hard and stressful but it’s actually been a gift to the industry. It’s completely changed the client experience – we don’t have as many clients in the salon at one time so we offer bespoke, pocket-friendly services. We consider people’s health and time, and give them longevity in their colour and looks. We aim to give clients wearable, manageable hair.
Tell us about hair consultations…
During the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve been doing virtual consults for free. Clients WhatsApp photos and info, and then we consult with them via video chats.

I’m committed to offering inclusive, budget-friendly services.
