Owners Larry Hodes and Josh Simon have collaborated with Anthonij Rupert Wyne to launch brunch and bottomless L\u2019Ormarins Cap Classique for lazy weekend mornings and afternoons in the sun.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe brunch concept \u2013 a combination of breakfast and lunch \u2013 is already popular in South Africa but adding bottomless bubbles to the mix is a global trend,\u201d says Larry.<\/p>\n
\u201cBottomless bubbles and brunch are incredibly popular in countries like New York, Melbourne, London and even parts of the Middle East.\u201d<\/p>\n
Seasoned chef now turned restaurant owner, Josh recalls the inspiration for the idea. \u201cHaving spent some time in Florida USA, I saw how much guests enjoyed bottomless mimosas and the incredible Southern hospitality. When I returned to South Africa, I wanted to set up a similar concept.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now having partnered with Larry and looking for fresh ideas to allow customers to enjoy their food and courtyard, the duo saw the perfect opportunity to bring bottomless brunch to Birdhaven.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhile we are creating a new menu to kick off our brunches, there will be some old favourites,\u201d adds Josh.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe want to elevate palates and excite customers with dishes they will come back for again and again.\u201d<\/p>\n

The menu will comprise hearty brunch items with a classic French twist, designed to pair beautifully with traditional and blushing mimosas prepared naturally with L\u2019Ormarins Cap Classique.<\/p>\n
