Well how about this \u2026 front row seats to a bustling kitchen where you, as the dinner guest, get to capture every bit of a full-service dinner rush, and have dish after dish after dish make its way to a decked-out chef\u2019s table in the midst of it all.<\/p>\n<p>Usually an experience only available during Restaurant Week South Africa, The Chef\u2019s Table is now a permanent feature at 54 on Bath\u2019s Level Four Restaurant kitchen. On the menu are nine courses inspired by his international culinary career \u2013 he\u2019s worked at luxury destinations from Hermanus and the Seychelles to the Bazaruto Island, blending a fusion of Mediterranean and South African cuisine. And the wine \u2026 well let\u2019s just say the Rupert &amp; Rothschild Classique 2020 was the best wine tasting of the evening. Nine dishes later we were ready to call it a night but were still buzzing after this intimate fine-dining experience.<\/p>\n<p>Available from 6.30pm every evening with reservations only accepted online.
