The Krone Borealis Vintage Cuvee Bru<\/strong>t is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir \u2026 elegant and lovely with mussels. The Vintage Rose Cuvee Brut<\/strong> is a pretty salmon pink bubbly, wth 87 per cent pinot noir and 13 per cent Chardonnay. It\u2019s all fresh red fruits and we\u2019ll be drinking it with a salmon this festive season. The Krone Vintage Night Nectar Demi-Sec<\/strong> is the closest in style to the first famous sparkling wines of France a century ago. It\u2019s full, plush and expansive and is perfect with rich, indulgent dishes. \u00a0The Krone Vintage Night Nectar Demi-Sec Rose<\/strong>\u00a0 is a \u00a0lustrous pink-copper bubbly \u2026 refreshing and fruit-forward, it\u2019s yummy with prawns grilled on the coals, with a strawberry cream cake, with rose-water macarons, and is probably our favourite.
