She is a professional model and the owner of Tiffany K Models, as well as a fashion design student.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI felt incredibly blessed and grateful to make it to the finals. My Miss South Africa journey has been nothing short of remarkable and I am so excited to continue to influence positive impact.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Her guilty pleasure is desserts. She shares with readers her recipe for flop-proof flapjacks with a delicious berry coulis.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10184\" src=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/joburg-south\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2021\/08\/Tiffany-Francis-with-her-dish-Medium-320x400.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/joburg-south\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2021\/08\/Tiffany-Francis-with-her-dish-Medium-320x400.jpeg 320w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/joburg-south\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2021\/08\/Tiffany-Francis-with-her-dish-Medium-336x420.jpeg 336w, https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/joburg-south\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/18\/2021\/08\/Tiffany-Francis-with-her-dish-Medium.jpeg 615w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Tiffany\u2019s flop-proof flapjacks and berry coulis<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>12 tablespoons of flour; 6 tablespoons of white sugar; 4 teaspoons of baking powder; A pinch of salt; 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract; 2 eggs; 1\/2 cup of milk; cooking oil; mixed berries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method for flapjack batter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt) and mix. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, lightly mix with a whisk or mixer. Stop the mixing process when the batter becomes yellow and slightly thick, then add milk. Once the milk is added, continue the mixing process until the batter is creamy.<\/p>\n<p>Add a spoonful of the batter to a preheated pan. Once bubbles form on the flapjack, they are ready to be flipped over. Take flapjack out when both sides are cooked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method for berry coulis<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put mixed berries (amount of your choice) in a saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well and allow to come to a boil\/simmer. When the berries are soft and a syrup has formed, the coulis is ready to serve.
