In true Brafia style, Corne Bornman braved the heat of open flames where a whole pig cooked (or will that be braaied?) to perfection in the fire pit and chickens roasted over the flames in a chain cage.<\/p>\n<p>Dished up with salads, pap and relish and bread rolls, well, let\u2019s just say, those guests who could handle seconds would most certainly have dished up again. To top a really good evening off, the Fire Factory added good live entertainment by Bacchus Nel.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, and let\u2019s not forget they also offer a platform for local artists to exhibit their work.
