Here\u2019s a real sizzler for you to make at your next braai.<\/p>\n<p>Se<em>rves four to six starter portions<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Preparation time: 20 minutes plus marinating\u00a0time<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Cooking time: 20 to 30 minutes<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n16 \u2013 20 lamb riblets<br \/>\n<em>For the Basting:<\/em><br \/>\n1 cup All Gold hot and spicy\u00a0tomato sauce<br \/>\n\u00bd cup All Gold BBQ sauce<br \/>\n2 tbsp Harissa or Chermoula spice<br \/>\n\u00bc cup lemon juice<br \/>\n\u00bd cup honey<br \/>\n2 tsp finely chopped fresh mint<br \/>\nsalt and coarse black pepper<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Basting:<\/em><br \/>\nMix all ingredients together in a large bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add the riblets to the sauce and rub sauce all\u00a0over the meat. Cover and allow to marinate for\u00a0at least three hours.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 220 \u00b0C or prepare the braai.<\/p>\n<p>Place the prepared ribs onto a baking tray or\u00a0straight onto the braai grid.<\/p>\n<p>Roast in the oven or on the braai for approx 20\u00a0to 25 minutes, basting all the time with excess\u00a0marinade.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with assorted salads for a main meal, as\u00a0finger snacks or as a starter.<\/p>\n<p>Have serviettes\u00a0nearby, these are moreish and messy!<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve used lamb riblets to accompany our\u00a0sticky sauce, but this recipe is just as successful\u00a0when combined with either chicken or pork.<\/p>\n<p><em>Recipe obtained from www.allgold.co.za<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s sizzling-hot summertime in sunny South Africa, land of eternal family braais and get-togethers!
