The restaurant opened in October 2025 and has quickly built a reputation in Bedfordview for its calm confidence. CHAR Grill House is not a typical steakhouse, and it is not a casual braai spot either. Instead, it sits somewhere in between, a modern grill house where every detail matters.<\/p>\n

Cooking with purpose<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At the centre of the kitchen is an open flame grill. The chefs cook using dense Namibian hardwood, which burns hotter and longer than many other woods.<\/p>\n
