Whip that coffee<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you\u2019re on Instagram, you\u2019ll no doubt have seen post after post of Dalgona coffee. Picture perfect, it\u2019s also amazingly easy to make. It\u2019s fluffy and delicious, and you can enjoy it hot or cold. All you need is to pop two generous tablespoons each of instant coffee, granulated sugar (we like brown, but you can use white) and boiling water into a small bowl. Whip with a whisk or hand mixer until foamy, thick and fudgy in colour. With an electric whisk, this took us two minutes. Then pour your hot or cold milk into a a glass until three-quarters full, spoon the whipped coffee on top, (take your Instagram photo now), then stir vigorously through the milk. Top hint: if you\u2019ve got children, do the same with Milo. It\u2019s brilliant. Just whip four tablespoons of Milo with four tablespoons of cream, then pour onto of a mug of hot milk (makes two).<\/p>\n
