Through yoga, meditation and breath-work (pranayama) exercises, under the guidance of Mandy Wu, the yoga instructor, you will explore ancient techniques for nourishing both the body and mind. Using the knowledge of Ayurveda, the Indian practice of nourishment and medicating with food, you will evaluate and gain insight into practices best suited to your unique disposition and lifestyle.
With a background in Psychology Mandy’s love for yoga grew out of a keen interest in alternative therapies over a decade ago; she now practices and teaches primarily Vinyasa Flow in Cape Town. She firmly believes that yoga is a tool that gives insight into the mind-body relationship that empowers us through movement to find freedom both on and off the mat.
