Aperol Punch

In a punch bowl mix 1 cup Aperol, 2½ cups gin, 1¼ cups grapefruit juice, ½ cup orange juice and ½ cup lime juice. Then add 3 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters and stir. Place one large stem of rosemary in a glass and muddle with the juice of one orange or grapefruit. After muddling, pour some punch into the muddling glass and strain back into the punch bowl. When serving in a single glass pour over ice, top with a splash of soda water and garnish with muddled rosemary sprigs or a slice of citrus.
