Exclusive Books Cresta will celebrate their brand-new facelift with the book launch of Fred Khumalo’s Two Tons o’ Fun.
Now situated next to Lush on the first floor (closest to entrance 4), with its moody accent colours and dramatic floating ceiling, the new store feels sophisticated and warm.
“This store is one of the last in the Exclusive Books stable to receive a nip ‘n tuck, but perhaps we have saved the best for last …” says Batya Bricker, GM Books and Brand for Exclusive Books.
“A revamped Exclusive Books store at this stage, after two years of lockdown and Covid-restricted trading, is testament to the resilience of this area and its shoppers. Apart from a beautiful new look, the store will have an Exclusive Books Recommends section that offers a monthly selection of trending books, as well as a special bay with #Booktok featured books, a warm and welcoming children’s section and, as always, hundreds of titles to choose from.

Here begins Lerato’s relationship with the Ngobeses – Auntie Gugu and her daughter Janine, who becomes Lerato’s bf and one half of the dancing duo, Two Tons o’ Fun (because life’s too short to spend in a tent dress).
