No need to preheat the oven, as these little treats bake in the Air Fryer\u2026bonus!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Recipe:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Makes: 16 doughnuts<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cooking time: About 15 min<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the doughnuts, you will need:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500ml self-raising flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li>60ml castor sugar<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon, a generous pinch<\/li>\n<li>200ml Lancewood Double Cream Cinnamon Bun Yoghurt<\/li>\n<li>100ml melted butter, and extra for brushing<\/li>\n<li>125ml cinnamon sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the crosses, you will need:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">125ml icing sugar, melted<\/span><\/li>\n<li>15ml water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Method:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Doughnuts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a bowl, mix the flour, castor sugar, salt and cinnamon together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a separate bowl, mix the yoghurt and butter together.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the yoghurt mixture to the flour mixture and mix to form a soft dough.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Roll into 18 smooth, even-sized balls.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Place in the basket of the Air Fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 7 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Remove from the basket, and while still warm, brush with butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
