Ingredients:<\/u><\/p>\n

1 1<\/sup>\/2 cups flour<\/p>\n

3 1<\/sup>\/2 teasp baking powder<\/p>\n

1 Teasp white sugar<\/p>\n

1 1<\/sup>\/2 cups milk<\/p>\n

Pinch of salt<\/p>\n

1 egg<\/p>\n

1<\/sup>\/4 cup Sunshine D Original Margarine, melted<\/p>\n

1<\/sup>\/2 tsp vanilla essence<\/p>\n

Extra Sunshine D Original Margarine for cooking<\/p>\n

Method:
\n<\/u><\/p>\n

Combine the baking powder, flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, vanilla essence and melted Sunshine D Original Margarine. Whisk the egg mixture for about 1 minute and then pour into the flour mixture. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth.<\/p>\n

Scoop out portions of the batter with a spoon and cook on a hot griddle in the melted Sunshine D Original Margarine. Flip over to make sure it\u2019s cooked on both sides.<\/p>\n
