This recipe combines two of our favourite dishes \u2014 seafood and pasta!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seafood pasta (Serves 4)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n250g Pasta Joy Linguine; 250g de-shelled, deveined prawns (frozen); 250g mussels (frozen); 1 jar Arabiatta sauce; 3 tablespoons butter; 1\/2 onion; 4 whole garlic cloves, lightly bruised ; squeeze of lemon juice; salt and pepper to taste;<br \/>\n1 teaspoon brown sugar; 1\/2 teaspoon red chili powder; 125ml fresh cream and roughly chopped basil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\nBoil the Pasta Joy Linguine pasta in salted water for roughly 8 minutes till al dente. Drain and set aside.<br \/>\nIn the mean time cook prawns and mussels from frozen in half a cup of water, on high heat for a few minutes, until soft. Do not overcook. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside for later, reserving the pan juices.<br \/>\nIn another saucepan add butter, garlic and onions and cook until onions are translucent, without browning. Add Arabiatta sauce, lemon juice, seasoning, brown sugar and chilli powder and simmer gently. Add prawn\/ mussel juices into pan together with fresh cream and bring to a boil. Add prawns and mussels and chopped basil and mix.
