Tabasco hot sauce<\/p>\n<p>2 garlic cloves, crushed<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Bourbon Sweet Chili Sauce\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>2 shots Makers Mark Bourbon<\/h5>\n<p>1 cup prepared sweet chili sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. Sriracha chili sauce<\/p>\n<h5><strong>KY White Sauce<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>2 shots Maker\u2019s Mark Bourbon<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp. cracked black pepper<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all ingredients in a large container and mix well. Let sit covered in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours for best results.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with nonstick spray to make clean-up even easier.<\/li>\n<li>Place chicken wings on tray barely touching and not stacked. If they are piled on each other, it will cause the wings to steam, not caramelize.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20\u201325 minutes or until cooked through.<\/li>\n<li>As soon as you remove wings from the oven, toss with one of the wing sauces below or your homemade\u00a0Maker\u2019s Mark BBQ sauce. To create a glaze, put sauced wings back in the oven to finish for 3\u20135 minutes and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>Bourbon Sweet Chili Sauce<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until fully incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Toss in a large bowl with wings immediately after taking wings from the oven for best results.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>KY White Sauce\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Toss with wings immediately after removing from the oven.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>Maker\u2019s Mark BBQ Sauce<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Your favorite prepared BBQ sauce<\/p>\n<p>Maker\u2019s Mark Bourbon<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Suggested additions <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Yellow mustard<\/p>\n<p>Apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n<p>Red chili flakes<\/p>\n<p>Caramelized onions<\/p>\n<p>Roasted garlic<\/p>\n<p>Brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>Crispy cooked bacon<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Add 1 cup of your favourite readymade BBQ sauce to a bowl. Since you will be adding to the sauce, use about half as much as you think you will need.<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 shots of Maker\u2019s Mark Bourbon and whisk it well.<\/li>\n<li>Add ingredients of your choosing until you have something you like.<\/li>\n<li>Store covered in the fridge for up to one week.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2253 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/joburg-east\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2019\/08\/MM_Wings_2700x1500_180904_141924-400x222.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"222\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Maker\u2019s Mark Bourbon Baked Beans <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>1kg \u00a0dried pinto or white beans<\/p>\n<p>250g of bacon, cut into medium dice<\/p>\n<p>1 white onion diced<\/p>\n<p>2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed<\/p>\n<p>3\/4 cup Homemade Maker\u2019s Mark BBQ sauce<\/p>\n<p>4 shots Makers Mark bourbon<\/p>\n<p>1 can of ginger ale<\/p>\n<p>4 cups pork or chicken stock<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Toppings <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>1 cup panko bread crumbs<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp. butter<\/p>\n<p>100g \u00a0country ham, chopped<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Soak dried beans for at least 1 hour or overnight.<\/li>\n<li>While preheating oven to 180 degrees, brown bacon on the stove over medium heat in an oven-safe pot or Dutch oven.<\/li>\n<li>When almost crispy, add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.<\/li>\n<li>Drain your beans and add to the bacon mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add Maker\u2019s Mark BBQ sauce, Maker\u2019s Mark Bourbon and ginger ale.
