Why not make something sweet for your loved one this Valentine&#8217;s Day?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here a easy recipe for homemade d<\/strong><strong>ark chocolate and raspberry tarts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>200g Dark chocolate chopped; 60g Unsalted butter; 90g Brown sugar; 60ml Cream; 3 eggs; 25g Cake flour; 250g Raspberries<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>300g Dark Chocolate; 250ml Cream<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 150\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Place the chocolate, butter, sugar and cream in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted. Remove from stove.<\/p>\n<p>Place eggs and flour in a bowl and whisk until well combined<\/p>\n<p>Slowly mix the eggs and flour into chocolate mixture a little at a time making sure the chocolate mixture is not too hot or it will cook the eggs<\/p>\n<p>Pour into individual tartlet moulds<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 35-40 min<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ganache:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place chocolate and cream in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted.<\/p>\n<p>Spoon over tarts<\/p>\n<p>Once cooled top with fresh raspberries<\/p>\n<p><em>Recipe credit:Capsicum Culinary Studios&#8217; Chef Hayley Sutherland.
