Line a ramekin with the bun by cutting a circle for the bottom of the ramekin and use the rest to line the sides of the ramekin.<br \/>\nWhisk egg, cream and vanilla essence together.<br \/>\nFill the lined ramekin with raisins and egg mixture, and let it stand for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nPut in a bain-marie in the oven and bake at 160\u00b0C for 20 minutes or until egg custard is cooked. Add egg mixture and stir until cooked.<br \/>\nHalve a hot cross bun, spread basil pesto on both halves and top with egg scramble. Add potatoes and saut\u00e9 all together until crispy.
