Petite, soft-spoken and ever-so-sweet, Tanya is nevertheless a powerhouse. Dynamic and determined, she runs her Gin & Co. craft brewery and Dollie Gin craft label as smoothly as a delicious ice-cold rooibos infused gin goes down on a hot summers day.
Tanya is also mom to two gorgeous little boys, wife to Hylton, and the creator of the perfect South African-style martini, with an irresistible added hint of Lowveld. Part of her repertoire includes gin jam – yes, you read that correctly – gin jam, imagine that on a hot-buttered piece of toast!!
