A handful of African birds eye chillies, ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, ½ cup extra virgin olive oil, one teaspoon paprika, garlic to taste, salt, one teaspoon red pepper paste.
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor until it reaches desired consistency.
- The sauce improves with time and will be even better – and more fiery – after standing for an hour or even a day.
- If you want the sauce hotter, add more chillies and red pepper paste.
