And let\u2019s face it we know your secret ingredient \u2026 whether your prepping lunch boxes, prepped afternoon snack, lazy Sunday meals or snacks made for social gatherings you always make sure to add some B-well<\/a> goodness to the table.<\/p>\n

These are the little indulgences that quietly say \u2018I love you\u2019. B-well<\/a> has just the perfect recipe to spoil your mom on Mother\u2019s Day \u2026 a scrumptious golden milk tart. Yum!<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll need:<\/strong> For the crust – 1 cup all-purpose flour\/ gluten-free flour, sifted; 1 tsp cinnamon; \u00bc tsp ground nutmeg; a pinch of salt; 4 Tbsp Nuts About Cooking Coconut oil, melted; 3 Tbsp agave syrup\/ rice malt syrup \/maple syrup<\/p>\n

For the filling – 2 \u00bd Tbsp corn flour; 3-4 Tbsp rice malt syrup\/ maple syrup; 2 \u00bd cups milk (soy\/ almond\/ coconut); 1 tsp vanilla essence; \u00bd tsp Turmeric powder; 1 tsp ginger, finely minced; 1 pinch fine black pepper; 1 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n
