If they are not combining, heat mixture up in the microwave for 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li>To that bowl, add your porridge.<\/li>\n<li>Use your hands to form a dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Roll dough out to the thickness of a R5 coin between two sheets of baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Cut out cookie shapes.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cherry &amp; vanilla protein smoothie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18374\" src=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/pretoria\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2023\/10\/smoothie2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"278\" height=\"349\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 frozen banana<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup frozen cherries<\/li>\n<li>20g Vanilla Instant Protein Porridge Premix<\/li>\n<li>1 cup milk of choice\/water<\/li>\n<li>Sweetener drops\/honey<\/li>\n<li>1 cup ice cubes<\/li>\n<li>20g Vegan Brownie Premix\u00a0 (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine 1 frozen banana, 1\/2 cup frozen cherries, 20g Vanilla Instant Protein Por ridge premix, sweetener and 1 cup milk or walk to a blender.<\/li>\n<li>Blend until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Add ice and blend again.<\/li>\n<li>Add more milk or ice and blend to desired consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Add 20g Vegan Brownie Premix and stir through if you want to add a chocolate taste.<\/li>\n<li>Top with your fav crunchy bits or granola.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apple &amp; cinnamon protein waffles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-18376\" src=\"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/mm-waffles-1-1-320x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup Instant Vanilla Protein Porridge<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>120ml milk of choice<\/li>\n<li>Additional 30ml milk of choice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped apples<\/li>\n<li>Ice cream for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Instructions <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a medium sized bowl add 1 cup Instant Vanilla Protein Porridge<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl whisk 1 egg and add 120ml milk of choice.<\/li>\n<li>Add milk and egg mixture to the Vanilla Protein Porridge and mix to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon to the mixture and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Add your additional 30ml milk of choice and stir until combined.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1\/2 cup chopped apple to the batter and mix until incorporated.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon batter onto greased waffle iron and cook for about 5 minutes making sure it doesn\u2019t burn<\/li>\n<li>Top with vanilla ice cream and apple slices!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whether it&#8217;s for yourself and your household, or for guests you&#8217;ll be hosting &#8211; It&#8217;s sometimes difficult to prepare food that&#8217;s as healthy as it is delicious.\u00a0 Luckily, we stumbled upon some winning recipes!
