Let\u2019s do this:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Learn to meditate and do so religiously:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the hustle and bustle of year-end tasks, it&#8217;s essential to find moments of stillness. Mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools that can help you stay present and reduce stress. Set aside a few minutes each day to practice deep breathing or guided meditation.
