Unfortunately, this crucial meal is often neglected on account of our busy schedules.<\/p>\n<p>In 2024, it\u2019s time to start prioritising it again. Here are five tips to help you make your morning meal a habit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stick to a routine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Repetition is a critical part of building any habit, and eating breakfast is no different. By incorporating breakfast into an achievable morning routine, it\u2019ll be easier to remember. Make an effort to include a timeslot for breakfast when you start planning out your mornings. If you consistently eat at the same time, it\u2019ll quickly start to become second nature.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare the night before<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mornings are busy. But you can account for this by preparing your breakfast the night before.
