The main events comprise of a spa treatment and a yoga session with sound healing, and a cooking class and a paint and sip experience. Making full use of the exquisite natural environment, it also allows leisure time to relax, recharge and daydream, and to get the circulation going with an invigorating swim or a brisk walk exploring the estate and vineyards on foot.<\/p>\n

The weekend will start on a relaxing note on Friday afternoon with a 60-minute massage. Brookdale is renowned as a world-class gourmet destination and all meals are freshly prepared, with daily breakfast, 3-course dinners and a 2-course lunch included in the weekend package. Saturday morning Executive chef Gary Coetzee will share some tricks of the trade while presenting a fun, interactive Cook-Along experience. After lunch guests will have the opportunity to taste Brookdale\u2019s popular Mason Road wines while unleashing their own creativity during a Paint and Sip activity, led by a professional artist. On Sunday morning the experience ends with a meditative Kundalini yoga class to balance mind, body and soul, enhanced by sound healing to help release blocks, reduce tension and stimulate circulation, before guests check out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.<\/p>\n
