This will allow the mask\u2019s ingredients to penetrate the pores and extract as many impurities as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Now, choose one of our fave DIY detox face masks from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.faithful-to-nature.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mce-target=\"_blank\">Faithful to Nature<\/a>, put your feet up and enjoy the calm:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Chocolate Coffee Mask<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The coffee grounds scrub away dead skin cells, and caffeic acid is said to boost collagen levels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You\u2019ll need:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon of instant coffee\/ coffee grounds<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of honey<\/li>\n<li>Plain yoghurt (to make a smooth paste)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Combine the ingredients and apply the mask, leaving it on for 15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water to reveal beautiful, glowing skin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Oat and Vinegar Mask<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Perfect for winter, the warm mask is soothing, and the apple cider vinegar is said to have antibacterial properties:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You\u2019ll need:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 tablespoons of rolled oats<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of hot water<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of honey<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mix everything together, and apply the mask while it is still warm.
