How often do you look at the ingredients list on your skincare and beauty products? Probably never, right? You’re not alone. Many products now proudly state on the front of their packaging that they are paraben free, but what does that actually mean? And what else should you be looking out for?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. Parabens:<\/b> These synthetic preservatives, often found in moisturisers and shaving gels, can act as hormone disruptors. Studies have linked them to reproductive issues and even certain types of cancer.<\/span><\/li>\n
