While it may not be that time of year just yet, we\u2019re excited to announce a new twist in the Best of Pretoria Reader\u2019s Choice Awards! This year, we\u2019re introducing a nomination phase, and we want your input.<\/div>\n

For over a decade, we\u2019ve celebrated the businesses and institutions that make Pretoria a fantastic place to live. Now, we\u2019re turning the spotlight on you to help us create the shortlist for this year\u2019s awards.<\/div>\n

You\u2019ll have the opportunity until June 30 to nominate your favourites for Best of Pretoria 2025 across our widest range of categories yet. We\u2019ve made almost 300 categories available for you to nominate your favourites right now!<\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s the Best Martial Arts Studio, Best Wedding Studio, Best Solar Company, or Best Auctioneers, there\u2019s a category for everyone. We are also bringing back some beloved categories like Pretoria\u2019s Best-Kept Secret and Best Spot to Take Out-of-Towners, which have previously showcased some truly unique gems in our city.<\/p>\n

Once the nominations have closed, we will compile a ballot including all qualifying nominees, whereafter voting will commence.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how you can participate in the nomination process before June 30. Simply visit bestofsouthafrica.co.za\/pretoria<\/a> and click on the \u201cNominate Now<\/a>\u201d button. Fill in the names of your favourites in the designated fields. It\u2019s that simple!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Remember: you are only nominating your favourites at this time, not voting for them. For that reason, it isn\u2019t necessary to nominate one business multiple times.<\/p>\n

Stay tuned for more information about the voting process, which will open on July 22 and close on September 8.<\/p>\n
