September is\u00a0 Kidding Season at Fairview, a special time of the year when the most important residents of the farm, the Fairview goats, welcome their newly born kids, bringing a wealth of happiness to visitors to the farm.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

But it is not only the visitors who are having fun with the baby goats. The Jong Bokke are out roaming on the farm, full of energy and mischief. And they\u2019re not just kidding around\u2026 they\u2019re getting the GEES going for a BOK victory this weekend!<\/p>\n

All week they\u2019ve been perfecting their line-outs, scrums and sidesteps\u2014taking on the All Blacks in some spirited farmyard showdowns, tackling hard and scoring tries. They\u2019ve kicked off the action early, and now they\u2019re ready for Saturday. The only question is: are you?<\/p>\n

So, bring your kids to Fairview and come and say hi to the adorable baby goats! You will find them in a dedicated paddock next to the Goat Tower between 09h00 and 12h00 every weekend in September, weather dependent.<\/p>\n

Adults can also kick back and experience the wine and cheese tasting options at Fairview\u2019s Tasting Room, pop into the prized Deli and stock up on Fairview\u2019s artisanal cheeses and other gourmet groceries, and indulge in the delicious country-style menu available at the Goatshed restaurant (which also has a kids\u2019 menu).<\/p>\n

Situated on the slopes of the Paarl Mountain, offering ever-growing visitor experiences and eponymous vistas over fields and vines to Table Mountain in the distance, Fairview is one of the most popular destinations in the Cape Winelands. The Fairview Goat Tower, which greets you on arrival, is a Cape Winelands icon adored by children and adults alike. It has been home to Fairview\u2019s beloved furry mascots since 1981.<\/p>\n
