Adjust quantities as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ros\u00e9\u202fSangria<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients: (serves 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>about 1 cup ice cubes<\/li>\n<li>1 can Spier Ros\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 tots brandy<\/li>\n<li>a few slices fresh orange<\/li>\n<li>about 6 strawberries, halved or sliced<\/li>\n<li>soda water or lemonade, for topping up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divide the ice between 2 large stemless glasses. Divide the wine between the glasses, then add a tot of brandy to each glass and stir lightly. Add the slices fruit and top up with soda or lemonade, then garnish with a slice of orange.
