And even better, pair it with L\u2019Ormarins Brut MCC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>3 cups thinly sliced portabellini mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup finely chopped onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic minced<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons all purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>3 cups (750ml) mushroom or chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large saucepan heat oil over medium high heat. Saut\u00e9 mushrooms and onions until they are nicely browned. Add in garlic and stir until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in stock and scrape up all the browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Reduce to a simmer.<\/li>\n<li>Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat.
