Still our beating hearts!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Serves: 4<\/p>\n<p>Prep time: 20 minutes, plus 1-2 hours&#8217; chilling time<\/p>\n<p>Cooking time: 15 minutes<\/p>\n<section class=\"articles__section--ingredients\">\n<header><span class=\"firstWord\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup cream<\/li>\n<li>4 free-range egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 cup strong espresso<\/li>\n<li>3 T sugar<\/li>\n<li>120 g Lindt Touch of Sea Salt dark chocolate, chopped and melted<\/li>\n<li>2 free-range egg whites<\/li>\n<li>Cre\u0300me frai\u0302che, for serving (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"articles__section\">\n<header>Method<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Beat the cream until stiff peaks form, then chill until required.<\/li>\n<li>Place the egg yolks, coffee and 2 T sugar into a glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water and cook, whisking continually, until doubled in volume, about 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the heat, add the chocolate and stir to combine. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
