Fruits and vegetables are a great source of Vitamin C, and fruit juice high in vitamin C can give you an extra healthy boost.<\/p>\n<p>How about introducing some fun and yummy smoothies or adding juice to your cooking?<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re definitely trying this pineapple and passion fruit smoothie.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s the perfect refreshing morning start packed with vitamin power.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 ml Rhodes Quality Pineapple Fruit Juice Blend<\/li>\n<li>30 ml (2 Tbsp) Rhodes Quality Granadilla Pulp<\/li>\n<li>2 frozen bananas<\/li>\n<li>125 ml (\u00bd cup) plain yogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place the Rhodes Quality Pineapple Juice and the Rhodes Quality Granadilla Pulp into a blender.<\/li>\n<li>Add the bananas and the yoghurt.<\/li>\n<li>Blend until smooth and frothy.
