If you have some avocados and a few mixers, you&#8217;ll want to give this Avocado Margarita recipe a go."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Serves 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd avocado, flesh scooped and pureed<\/li>\n<li>3 shots (90ml) tequila<\/li>\n<li>2 shots (60ml) triple sec<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd shots (45ml) lime juice, plus extra for rims<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt, plus extra to rim glasses<\/li>\n<li>1 small bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Extra coriander sprigs, for garnish<\/li>\n<li>Lime slices, for garnish<\/li>\n<li>1 cup ice cubes, plus extra for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dip top rim of glasses into lime juice and then into salt to rim the edges.<\/li>\n<li>Place avocado, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, salt, chopped coriander leaves and a cup of ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.<\/li>\n<li>Shake well until avocado is completely blended and creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Fill two tumblers with ice cubes.
