{"id":5905,"date":"2020-04-28T12:00:47","date_gmt":"2020-04-28T10:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/pretoria\/?p=5905"},"modified":"2024-05-30T15:39:07","modified_gmt":"2024-05-30T13:39:07","slug":"easy-homemade-pizza-recipe-everyone-will-love","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/getitmagazine.co.za\/pretoria\/blog\/2020\/04\/28\/easy-homemade-pizza-recipe-everyone-will-love\/","title":{"rendered":"Easy homemade pizza recipe everyone will love"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Serves: 4<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>Dough:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0750 ml Flour<\/li>\n<li>300 ml Wate<\/li>\n<li>15 g Fresh Yeast (10ml instant yeast)<\/li>\n<li>5 ml Salt<\/li>\n<li>30 ml Oil (olive if you have)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toppings<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 Tin of Tomato and Onion Mix<\/li>\n<li>1 Mozzarella Cheese or cheese of your choice, grated<\/li>\n<li>1 Favourite Toppings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Method<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 260\u00baC<\/li>\n<li>Combine the yeast, oil and water and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the yeast mixture and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until a smooth dough is formed. About two minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Divide dough into six balls.<\/li>\n<li>Roll each ball out with a rolling pin as thin as you like your crust.<\/li>\n<li>Place dough onto a prepared baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Spread tomato mix onto the base and top with mozzarella cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Add toppings of your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden.
