Guests were enthralled as they donned their headsets and sipped ice-cold wine and bubbly at the official opening of Wineology, a boutique wine store at Sage Centre in Salt Rock. The wine and music pairing event saw Fanschhoek-based winemaker Kevin Swart of Black Elephant Vinters sharing wonderful tales of being the ‘misfits’ in the wine industry and ‘rebels of the vine’, with each wine paired with a song to create a memorable wine-tasting experience.
