Situated in the heart of Umhlanga Rocks, this contemporary, vibey spot generously serves up strong drinks, cool cuisine and good times! The Fallen Siren
You’ll need:
50ml good quality tequila, 25ml cinnamon syrup, 25ml orange juice, 25ml lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon activated charcoal.
To make:
Place all ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard shake with ice and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Flame cinnamon over the cocktail (check out some Youtube videos on how to do this safely) to garnish and zest with orange peel.
