The Sala Spring Cleansing Retreat will focus on cleansing – emotionally and nutritionally – the lymphatics and digestive system. You’ll enjoy nutrient-rich and cleansing cuisine, revitalising yoga sessions, and an empowering holistic detox workshop. The intention of this spring cleanse is to facilitate a gentle natural detox through whole foods, herbs, daily lymphatic drainage exercises, nervous system regulation tools, breath-work and movement, as well as emotional and energetic clearing practices. It offers a unique opportunity to cleanse not only your body but also your mind and spirit reconnecting with nature through walks on the beach and potent meditations.
