HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN PUNCH
You’ll need:
44ml Bourbon; 50ml Spiced Pumpkin Pureé*; 50ml Fresh Unsweetened Pineapple juice; 25ml lime; 20ml honey syrup;
How to:
Shake and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a burnt cinnamon stick (optional).
* For the spiced pumpkin puree, blend 100g roasted pumpkin with 100ml of fresh-pressed orange juice, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 cloves and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Add more orange juice if needed.
