Comedy takes centre stage at the playTSOGO Globe at Suncoast, with back-to-back comedy shows guaranteed to keep audiences entertained all month long. Kicking things off on Saturday, November 8, multi-award-winning comedian Sifiso Nene returns with his latest one-man show, Because of Success. Known for his sharp wit and down-to-earth humour, Nene unpacks the ups and downs of life, hustle, and success in a relatable and side-splitting performance. The laughs continue on Saturday, November 15, as iconic duo Peru & Bala take to the stage for one night only, bringing their unique blend of cultural comedy and outrageous storytelling. Doors open at 7pm.
Then, wrapping up the month on Saturday, November 29, the fabulous Aunty Sheila stars in The Rich Housewives of Chatsworth – a riotous stage production packed with dance, drama, and diva-worthy moments, starting at 8pm. Running Man Adventures is launching the Sani Pass Time Trial, a new mountain bike challenge taking place in Underberg this month. The 21km route climbs nearly 1500m from Premier Resort Sani Pass (1450m) to the summit of the iconic Sani Pass at 2876m, on the edge of Lesotho. With 13km of tar followed by 8km of gravel, the ride offers a mix of endurance and scenery, set within the breath-taking Maloti Drakensberg World Heritage Site. The event follows a pure time trial format with solo or team-of-two entries in MTB, E-Bike, Gravel, and Single Speed categories. Be a part of all the action on Saturday, November 22. Start times will be staggered from 7am to 9am and riders will descend in a neutral zone before a 3pm prize-giving and spit braai celebration. Details: sanipasstt.com

Kick off the festive season at Summerveld Country Lodge with their Market Extravaganza. You’ll enjoy local stalls, live music, festive treats and early Christmas shopping. Kids will love the pony rides (12 –2pm), games, face painting, and a visit from Santa (2 – 4pm). The evening closes with a tree lighting ceremony at 6pm and Carols by Candlelight until 7.30pm. A special Memorial Christmas Tree will also be on display for messages of remembrance throughout the holiday season. Up ahead in December … Kevin Fraser – Heart of the World Comedy meets culture when former Durbanite turned global entertainer Kevin Fraser brings his brand-new show, Heart of the World, to his roots. Known for his lightning-fast accents, sharp wit, and wildly relatable characters, Kevin returns with a comedic tribute to the rhythm, chaos, and heart that defines Africa. This isn’t just stand-up – it’s an immersive, high-energy performance packed with dance, storytelling and signature satire. From the cousin with a bakkie to the wisdom of your favourite aunty, he dishes out belly laughs rooted in shared South African experiences. The show explores what gives Africa its pulse – how we laugh through hardship, dance through delay, and find connection in every corner of our culture. Kevin will also be joined by Siki Jo-An, The Voice SA finalist, adding a musical twist to the show with a brand-new original track created for the tour.
