UCOOK gives back

August being the month for women, we donned our chef’s hat and got cooking for a cause.

We joined UCOOK and a trio of phenomenal women – Lorna Maseko, Lexi Monzeglio and Sarah Graham – at the Miele kitchen for a cook-off of note.

We had a go at Lexi’s trout and quinoa recipe with UCOOK making our lives oh-so-simple by having all the ingredients perfectly packed and ready for us to create this tasty dish. Let’s be honest, with local fresh ingredients and step-by-step instructions, we couldn’t help but make a success of the dish. It not only looked amazing but tasted utterly delectable. We suggest you to order in with UCOOK, for a healthy, convenient dinner solution that’s bound to be a masterpiece. What’s more, during August, in honour of Women’s Month, for every image of UCOOK creations shared on Instagram, along with the tag #UCOOKGIVESBACK, @ucooksa will donate R20 to Boitumelong Early Learning Centre, which is an empowering women-run organisation that takes care of underprivileged children. So let’s all get cooking and tagging! #UCOOKGIVESBACK
