Kickstart your day with their specialty breakfast – a phyllo nest filled with creamy herb scrambled egg, topped with cheddar, served with bacon, pork sausage, potato rosti and farm-style toast. Keen for a unique twist on a classis dish? You wouldn’t want to miss the breakfast bagel – warm, fresh and topped with rocket, scrambled egg and back bacon, topped with edam and onion marmalade.
For a light lunch, the smoked salmon trout, cream cheese, cucumber and micro greens bagel is a must-try! As is the aromatic bobotie phyllo spring rolls served with a chutney dip and side salad – the combination of sweet and spicy flavours leave your taste buds dancing.
For desert think chocolate butter croissants with toasted almonds, and lemon and poppy seed flapjacks with a blueberry compote, syrup and cream. Yum!
Benita’s located at Lifestyle Home Garden is open Mondays to Saturdays 7.30am to 5pm and Sundays 7.30am to 3pm.
