With just one oven dish, a few eggs mixed together with a few other ingredients, you will have a high protein brekkie that will set you up for the day.
Cheesy spinach bake
You’ll need: 3 eggs, 50g spinach, 300g low-cottage cheese, a dash of paprika, 30g mozzarella or any light cheese
To make: In an oven dish, add spinach, eggs and cottage cheese. Sprinkle paprika and mix well. Top with mozzarella and bake in the oven at 180 deg for 30minutes
For those who prefer something more on the sweeter side, try an apple & cinnamon bake
You’ll need: 2 eggs, ½ cup oats, 1 apple (finely cubed), 170g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp cinnamon
To make: In an oven tray, add oats, apple, yoghurt, cinnamon, eggs and mix. Bake at 200 for 25 minutes.
